Complimentary standard delivery is planned for orders above AED 250. Final delivery windows, emirate coverage and same-day options will be confirmed before commercial launch.
Gifts and timed occasions
Choose delivery dates early for Ramadan, Eid, nikah and corporate programmes. Personalised pieces require additional preparation time.
Returns
Unused standard products are planned to be returnable within a defined window. Personalised items, opened personal-care goods and governed religious-content products will follow category-specific rules.
